Critique is welcome, you say? Well, here we go... :la:

First of all, this is a really fun artwork! I love the style, and especially the way you've drawn the hair - it's such a unique way of drawing it, and it a very nice shape and flow to it.

The face itself is also really interesting. The snout-shaped nose and the long jaw and mouth wouldn't work for an ordinary human, but considering the eye and the pointy ear I'd guessing you're intentionally going for something more animal-like, and you've succeeded well there.

Now, shading. I see you have two different shading styles in the same piece, something that is especially noticeable on the hair: there's both hatching, and your usual "darker colors" shadows. Both work, and the main issue here is that it isn't consistent what you're using where. The top of the hair shows this well - there is one not-dark-green hatched area, and several darker shadows, and no good reason why one should be different than the rest. You can go with just one or the other, but combining them (think dark green for shadows, and dark green + hatching for the very darkest ones) will also work.

You also need to figure out exactly where to place the shadows. The clearer the light source is, the clearer it is where the shadows will go. Considering there doesn't seem to be a well defined light source in this piece, what you have now works. Might be worth doing a couple pieces with very clear light sources (a shining sun, lamps, etc.) as practice.

Overall really well done, though, and I love the look of the character!
